This pull request displays the Level & any Blocks Minted Adjustment or Penalty to the Minter Cards, and highlights green (yes) or red (no) to indicate the current user's vote on Minter & Admin Cards. It also adds the ability to sort Minter & Admin Cards by Name, Recent Comments, & Least or Most Votes. These changes are available for testing on QDN at qortal://app/QM-Mintership
