ddde92fbd2 Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/master'

208adb0e4c modified release version on pom.xml in preparation for updates. Modified minPeerVersion to 4.6.5, modified auto-update jar download locations in preparation for QDN-gateway-based auto-update storage, and/or gitea auto-update storage. QDN-direct auto-update jar publishing and downloading will be configured after QDN file update issue is resolved.
